Rebecca Kilborne

A DC native, Rebecca joined the President Lincoln’s Cottage team in 2019. Prior to this, her interest in history and architecture led to a career in marketing and selling historic real estate in New York City and Washington, DC. Rebecca loves to travel and has spent a good deal of her adult life working and studying abroad, teaching and mentoring in London and Prague, and studying at Oxford University, and most recently Trinity College Dublin where she earned an M.Phil. with Distinction in Anglo-Irish Literature. A graduate of Bates College in Maine, Rebecca spent a year as a professional researcher at ABC News where she assisted George Stephanopoulos on a project on presidential history. Rebecca is an active board member of the Historic House Museum Consortium of Washington and Wisteriahurst Museum.
