Are you looking for something to do on this beautiful Earth Day in Washington, D.C.?  President Lincoln’s Cottage invites you to come visit and enjoy the benefits of preservation and sustainable design in a beautiful landscape!  While you’re here, take a tour of President Lincoln’s Cottage feeling cool breezes along the way, the same “green” methods Lincoln used to cool the Cottage, enjoy a free, self-guided eco tour of the LEED Gold Robert H. Smith Visitor Education Center, check out our green items in the museum shop, and have a picnic on our tables under the trees behind the Visitor Education Center.  

Jump on your bike and head out to President Lincoln’s Cottage to enjoy Earth Day 2010!
