Capital Project Donors

The National Trust for Historic Preservation undertook a $15 million Capital Campaign to restore President Lincoln’s Cottage and establish the Robert H. Smith Visitor Education Center. The Campaign was completed successfully in 2008 when the Cottage was opened to the public for the first time in history.
