Our work is never done. President Lincoln's Cottage maintains a fund to support ongoing preservation efforts, to ensure that this place, which played a crucial role in Lincoln's presidency and our national story, is around for you today and for future generations. The fund covers all costs associated with capital projects and site preservation including but not limited to plaster work, paint analysis, window and shutter repair, and assessment and damage recovery after events such as the winter 2010 record-breaking snowfall, hurricanes, and the August 2011 earthquake. Your support helps us ensure this powerful place is around for years to come.
