Slide #31
President Lincoln and Soldiers’ Home National Monument
Paint removal and preparation for new paint, Window N-05

Comments: Mouldings after paint removal have the crispness of detail and
sharp arrises that approximate their condition during the Lincoln era.
Paint coupons are being preserved at each window opening and on
representative surfaces to record stratigraphy.
